Architecture begins with an idea and Emre Arolat one of the maestros of architecture not only set out on radical journeys into the unknown; he also made it back with this gems of sheer beauty and incredible ingenuity. His pencil gave life to our dream on a simple napking, while flying back home, after visiting together the location of the project.  It was there and than he  conceptualized this project as a small Mediterranean settlement, while still carrying the aroma of the sea mixed with that of fresh oregano and sound of cicadas. This astonishing town resort with natural features, will be built on the first line of the coast, with immediate access to the beach, blending in with the virgin nature of land and sea and at the same time offering a calm and yet modern environment. The proposed area is located between the Island of Corfu and the city of Saranda, two of the most visited locations by foreign tourists in Albania as well and in Greece
